Swift Transportation Trucking Job Requirements |

All driver applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- No experience is needed. CDL Schooling is available.

No more than 3 moving violations with in the last 3 years.
- No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Felony convictions are case by case.

No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.

Hiring Areas: Swift Transportation is hiring out of all 48 states. Comfort Zones: Swift features seven Driver Comfort Zones across the country. Swift drivers can choose the region they wish to drive to suit their lifestyles.
Driver Pay Packages: Swift Transportation operates off of a sliding pay scale. Swift Transportation OTR Drivers are on the road 10-14 days at a time; 1 day off for every 6 days out! Line haul drivers can earn a bonus every month they drive 9,500 miles or more.
